If every shoot could have a model like this & a fantastic make-up artist to take charge.. well, life would feel pretty darn easy ;) The gorgeous & lovely Kacy Owens came out for a fun little bohemian shoot and she brought along Amy Gillespie for make-up & hair. I am SO glad she did. Amy did a phenomenal job & was such fun to work with. Seriously folks, if she quotes you a million dollars, she’s worth every penny ;) And Kacy.. well, obviously she speaks for herself in these pictures (the best part is she has the sweetest, most wonderful personality to go with the drop dead gorgeousness). Can’t wait to work with you girls again ;)
I am a stalker. I stalk pretty people. Starts innocent enough.. sitting at a coffee shop, notice someone good looking, I stare a bit. Sometimes I jump right into it, other times I come back a few times. But it usually ends in me making a fool of myself. Throwing my card at them, telling them I want to take their picture. Yeah, I’m suave like that.. Lucky for me, I must not look too scary cause sometimes they say yes and then I get a little somethin’ like this…

Last weekend was rad. I got three visitors from Kansas.. two photographers and one little model. Gail & Michelle flew all the way out here just for a day of hanging out with me and talking photography. We always do a shoot during my mentoring sessions and Gail’s one request was graffiti. Well… I’d say we found graffiti.. & more graffiti.. and a little more when that wasn’t enough ;) We got a little carried away (hence my gazillion photo long post) but we had such a great time & I am SO happy you guys found me. I love, love, love my mentoring sessions cause I always get to walk away with a friend (or two). Sharing life & passion.. nothing better. Without further ado…

A) I ADORE brown eyed boys. Bring me a little one with big ole brown eyes and I will be smitten. Goes back to the day my little brown eyed man came into this world I’m sure ;) B) I equally adore clients that come to me with complete faith in what I do. ”We are here for your vision.” = music to my ears C) love, sweet love… there was just love all over that day. Everyone was happy to be together. You could see the adoration in their eyes. It was a relaxing, happy day… perfect :)
