We braved the oh-so-painful-bone-chilling single digit degrees in NYC… Nicole, Hilary and I bundled up two adorable little girls and hit the streets of Time Square. It was SO much fun… the three of us totally hit it off and these two little girls were absolute pros. I have no idea how they didn’t crumble under the coldness but they stepped up and laughed, giggled, posed, played and were some of my favorite little models ever. I really can’t believe sometimes that I get to do this for my job.

Hi! It’s been a while but I am back & so excited to share all my adventures with you guys! I just got back from my little east coast jaunt… Florida & NY. I went from a high of 80 degrees to a low of 5 degrees- YIKES. It’s pretty amazing to be able to shoot on the beach and in the snow in the same week though!
I hung out in St. Augustine (just a couple of hours out of Orlando) with 8 girls. We did the usual (I am beginning to think I need to do weekend retreats… I always adore the attendees and our days are over before I know it!!) This time we fit in a little more shooting and got to split our shoot up so we could hit the beach AND do a little urban session (the kids painting was a messy BLAST!). I can’t emphasize enough how lovely the warm weather & company of these girls was… I loved Florida! Oh- and ‘working’ near Disney World gave me a couple extra mommy points… can’t complain about that :)

I’m a huge proponent of collaboration and sharing. So it makes me absolutely giddy when people come into my life that are on the same page.
A few months ago Tara sent the amazingly kind, generous, talented, fantastic (and I could go on & on & on…) Julie from ZozoBugBaby my way. We chatted through email, met for coffee & well- as they say- the rest is history! It took a 30 minute coffee date to decide we were going to collaborate (tassells & camels were on the to-do) ;) Since then she has jumped on board for Millie and I’s Triple 7 Kids Shootout as well. That is where this post comes in… she gave me a few pieces as a little sneak peek of the cuteness she is creating for Vegas and I thought I would pass that on to you guys. I swear everything she touches is a guaranteed hit and I CANNOT wait to see the rest of the pieces for next month!!!
Sigh… (and yep- she brings me Gracy Lu pieces to play with as well) :)
(that little one one the right is our new addition!!! she is still super shy so I am being ever so patient waiting for her to do her own photo shoot. yep. super patient-ish)
I’ll be taking a little shoot break until I hit Florida & NY in a couple weeks. Can’t wait for some brand new locations to shoot!!! Hope everyone is having a beautiful new year…
